Thankfully not all missing children are abducted by strangers or even by family members. Some just are just temporarily lost or distracted often in public places such as malls, amusement parks and stores. Every parent can recall an instance when a child wandered.
In support of Missing Child Month, The Center to Prevent Lost Children (CPLC) in association with Wander Wear Inc., is pleased to present a free online story book, “When Whizzly Wanders“. This animated, rhyming story helps teach young children not to get lost and what to do if it happens. Adapted from the successful Wander Wear soft cover book, they hope you’ll enjoy this online story with all the kids that you care about. While there is no cost, and no registration required, all they ask is that you help other families by sharing the link.
