A month ago there was discussion over whether the Irving, Texas police department followed proper procedure for issuing an Amber Alert for two year old Elian Majano. One month later, the child is still missing and the alert is still in effect.
Status: Elian Majano’s parents were supposed to have hired a private investigator after his disappearance. As of November he is still listed as an endangered missing child at the NCMEC.
It’s been six months since a two-year-old Irving boy disappeared without a trace from a city park.
The parents of Elian Majano now face their first Christmas without any of their children after authorities removed another child, Alexis, from the home.
Alexis Majano, 4, the brother of a boy who disappeared from a city park in Irving in June 2006 will live with an adult half-brother, according to an order signed Wednesday by a district judge in Dallas.
