The execution that took Schwab’s life was too easy for the crime that he commited. Junny was young boy and he was robbed of his life by a homosexual pedophile. He mssed out on graduating High School, meeting the girl of his dreams, and starting a family of his own. I feel that our government should pass a law which makes it mandatory to castrate pieces of crap like Schwab and issue them a one way ticket to Iraq before they are released from prison. This might be the only way to rehabilatate these sick perverts. I hope that this execution brought closure to the Martinez family. They are still out of a son, an uncle, a nephew, a grandson, etc. I just pray for this family and every other family that this has happened to. God have mercy on Schwabs soul, may he burn in Hell eternally.

There is certainly no perfect system. Both in cases where the victim is victimized a second time through the courts and where innocent men and women are put to death, it is a travesty. But I think it’s the challenge of any legal system; to be as fair as possible to plaintiff and defendent.

That was certainly a well formed sentence, but you fail to provide us with a solution. As an inmate that did time with him and not knowing what he was in for in reality, I wished we inmates knew….Had we known, Junny would still be alive. Mr. Schwab is in the process of answering his maker as we speak. Pain or no pain, it’s nothing compared to what he did to his victims.

Mark Dean Schwab should be put to death. Just what was he thinking when he murdered that poor kid? The State had already wasted public money feeding this dog. Be done with him.

I totally Agree w/ Becky and Roe…. this is just BULL!! Why worry about his pain/suffering??? What about the pain and suffering of an 11yr child?? Doesn’t anyone think or care about what the child was going through?? My prayers are with the Rios-Martinez family and all of the other families that have had to suffer also.

I AGREE W/BECKY. I HOPE THAT ANIMAL DOES SUFFER WITH THE LETHAL INJECTION AFTER TORTURING THAT POOR LITTLE BOY. HE ALSO DESERVES TO SUFFER FOR ALL OF THE ANGUISH JUNNY’S FAMILY AND FRIENDS HAVE HAD TO ENDURE AND WILL CONTINUE TO ENDURE. I want to apologize to this family for having to let their tax dollars go to suporting this sorry excuse for a being. While he sat in prison with all necesities and then some.
Your family had to suffer and try your hardest to just pick up and move on. But you know what? His minutes are ticking by right now as I type. By the end of the day, though Junny will not be back, he will be the one that ultimately judges this man for all of his wrong doings. Your family has acomplished things that not all families have the strength to do. And KUDOS to you.
Being in a family that has been victimized my murder commited by a person who should have never had a second chance, I support you 100%. Keep your heads up. That’s what we have forced ourselves to do, and that’s what we all need to do. The more this becomes a regular occurance, the more head strong people these animals have to go up against. So Keep up the good work. Junny’s justice will never be served as far as I am concerned, but justice will finally taste so sweet. Congratualations!
