There are 27 children from Pennsylvania reported as missing at the NCMEC who have been missing since Jan 2002. Most are runaways, even though they are under the age of 18 and some were last seen traveling with an adult, others are victims of family abductions. A 12-year-old girl missing from Paris, Texas since March 26th has been found in Dallas.  She had been the focus of a statewide Amber Alert. Authorities believed she had runaway with a man she met on-line.
