Police are searching for 3-year-old Jaylin Marie Talamantes. She was abducted allegedly by Daniel Escobar, 25 and a woman believed to be her the biological mother Monica Iglesias, 24.
Police spokesman Javier Sambrano said the girl was forcibly taken from the home.

At one time, Alisha Moore, Annalys Moore, and Tristen Moore were listed at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as missing. Their information has since been removed.
Yesterday, a request was received by a person identifying himself as the custodial father to provide a link to Child Quest International Inc. as he contends the case is unresolved.

There are 27 children from Pennsylvania reported as missing at the NCMEC who have been missing since Jan 2002. Most are runaways, even though they are under the age of 18 and some were last seen traveling with an adult, others are victims of family abductions. In either case, an Amber Alert most likely was not activated.
