The House voted 409 to 2, to pass the Securing Adolescents From Exploitation-Online Act, or SAFE Act  sponsored by Rep. Nick Lampson (D-Texas). Opposing passage were Paul Broun and Ron Paul.
According to C/Net, it was not without it’s share of potential controversy.
