Will the new changes in the makeup of the House and Senate make any significant difference in the passage of legislation to protect children and missing adults?

Is it any wonder bills, such as “Kristen’s Law” H.R. 2103 to provide funding for the National Center for Missing Adults (NCMA)and the “Deleting Online Predators Act of 2006″ (DOPA) H.R. 5319 sit idle in committees?

Why did the House feel no need to discuss this bill or it’s implication yet the Senate sees no need to even bring it to a vote? When Congress meets again November 9th, maybe they can act on this bill and Kristen’s Law HR 2103 to provide funding for the National Center for Missing Adults.
