A 10-month-old child is abducted from a daycare in Ohio . An Amber Alert was not issued. Part of the rationale was the abductors are his aunt, uncle and a cousin and his mother felt the child was not in danger. In the case of Allison Quets, U.S. District Court Judge Louise Flanagan ruled she will remain in custody in North Carolina, charged with international parental kidnapping. Apparently international parental kidnapping is a more serious crime then 1st degree attempted murder where a GPS monitoring system can provide the victim and public protection.
