These people are convicted of locking children in thier care in cages and are out on bail. Allison Quets sits in jail awaiting trial on an international parental kidnapping charge with no bond.

A 10-month-old child is abducted from a daycare in Ohio . An Amber Alert was not issued. Part of the rationale was the abductors are his aunt, uncle and a cousin and his mother felt the child was not in danger. In the case of Allison Quets, U.S. District Court Judge Louise Flanagan ruled she will remain in custody in North Carolina, charged with international parental kidnapping.
