Police are searching for 3-year-old Jaylin Marie Talamantes. She was abducted allegedly by Daniel Escobar, 25 and a woman believed to be her the biological mother Monica Iglesias, 24.
Police spokesman Javier Sambrano said the girl was forcibly taken from the home.

At first glance when reading this article, Missing Emmett boy found, you may do a double take because it suggests a child must be missing 12 hours for an alert to be activated.
